Favorite Songs?

Hello all and welcome back! Today, I wanted to make you lot wait just a little bit longer to hear about the 1d concert and instead wanted to talk about some of my favorite songs! In their journey as a group, One Direction released 109 songs and while I wish I could say they were all equal in my eyes, there a few that stand out for me.

Coming at you first, off of the album Midnight Memories, is the song "Happily". When I tell you guys that I have probably listened to this song 1,000 times, it is no exaggeration. Possibly one of my favorite songs of any band, "Happily" sticks true to its meaning and brings me ultimate joy. It has a chorus that you scream to, but also lyrics that make you want to shed a tear. I also think I have just so many joyful memories attached to this song, that there's no way it couldn't be one of my favorites. 

Next is the beautiful song "One Thing" off of the album Up All Night. My love and obsession with this song actually comes from its music video. It was one of the first music videos they made and I just loved how goofy they were in it. They were exploring the town of London, stopping to say hi to fans and dancing in the streets, just messing around with each other. I also really liked it because I felt that the individual lines they sang separately were such good representations of who they really were as people. 

Last, but certainly not least, is "Temporary Fix" off of their last album Made in the A.M. This song is a riot, it literally makes you want to jump up and down while shouting every word. The build right before the chorus makes it memorable and oh so addicting. This is also one of those songs that took me a while to get used to. At first, I definitely overlooked it in favor of other songs on the album, which was definitely a mistake on my part because now this song is my go to whenever I'm feeling in the dumps or just need an energy boost.
